公司提供全過程造價咨詢由“事前”、“事中”、“事后”三個階段組成 。
Our whole process cost consulting service is composed of “Pre-Construction”, “Construction” and “Post-Construction”.
“事前”階段 Pre-Construction Phase
①編制整個項目的建安造價估算 ；
Budgeting & cost estimate
②針對各專業(yè)分包工程的設(shè)計方案從投資控制的角度提出專業(yè)意見，以達到限額設(shè)計的目標(biāo)；
Provide advices through design optimization to achieve budget target
③編制施工圖預(yù)算或工程量清單，標(biāo)底，投標(biāo)報價根據(jù)設(shè)計方提供的設(shè)計圖紙，編制工程概算/施工圖預(yù)算，供建設(shè)單位比較方案的經(jīng)濟性。
Develop bills of quantity, pre-tender estimate, budgeting cost plan and cost analysis on optional scenarios
④對各工程開展招標(biāo)工作及策劃；
Lead tendering and tender strategy
協(xié)助招標(biāo)人審查投標(biāo)人資格；
Leed pre-qualification
編制施工招標(biāo)文件；
Compile tender documents
組織現(xiàn)場踏勘，澄清答疑；
Organize site visit and clarification
組織施工招標(biāo)的開標(biāo)、評標(biāo)、決標(biāo)工作
Organize tendering including tender opening, tender analysis, contract award
協(xié)助招標(biāo)人草擬施工合同
Preparing construction contract
“事中”階段Construction Phase
①制定造價控制的實施細則，確定控制目標(biāo)；
Implementation cost control disciplines/procedures to achieve cost control target
②根據(jù)施工承包合同價、進度計劃，編制承包合同的明細工程款現(xiàn)金流量；
Prepare and update Project Cashflow
③參于與造價控制有關(guān)的工程會議；
Participate project meetings related to construction cost.
④負責(zé)對施工單位上報的每月（期）完成工作量月報表進行審核，并提供當(dāng)月（期）付款建議書；
Responsible for verifying quantity and value of monthly completed work and issuing the monthly payment certification.
⑤承發(fā)包雙方提出索賠時，提供專業(yè)咨詢意見；
Provide professional advice on claims.
⑥協(xié)助甲方及時審核因設(shè)計變更、現(xiàn)場簽證等發(fā)生的費用，相應(yīng)調(diào)整造價控制目標(biāo)；并向甲方提供造價控制動態(tài)分析報告。
Assist client to evaluate variations caused by design changes and site instruction. Adjust cost control target and provide client Cost Update and Analysis Report
“事后”階段 Post-Construction Phase
①核定分階段完工的分部工程結(jié)算；
Verify final account of completed works.
②會同甲方辦理工程竣工結(jié)算，提供整套結(jié)算報告及各項費用匯總表交甲方歸檔 。
Assist client to complete final account and provide Final Account Report and Expense Summary.
